Azule: After the Galaxy update I started having some issues. I played with the CE mod and never had an issue. After the update the game would error out the mod when ever I tried to delevel my characters. It had always worked perfectly before. So I wiped and updated and I still had some problems. Additionally I have errored out while choosing spells for my wizard.
Then I had a really strange error where I saved the cleric from the city guard and went into the cutscene. Then the guards respawned and locked me into combat mode. I could not get back outside to engage in combat, so I am going to wipe again and install without Galaxy. Just hard to figure out why the Galaxy update would have change so much between the game and the mod.
Yeah the CE got overhauled, about the same time TA released a HUGE patch last week. The new CE, is not compatible with saves from the old CE, and the new Solasta is not compatible with the old CE. So old CE save games, are now toast. The new CE is supposed to work fine with the updated Solasta, however I had 3 early CotM quests bug out on me yesterday:
Sorak Relics...took the relics from inv on turn in. gave me no XP, the quest does not sow n the journal as completed, nor does it show as incomplete/yet to do or failed. Its just gone.
Angbi's Bones...won't let me turn them in
Apprentice's Master...wont let me talk to the master at Caer Lem, meaning I cant take him into the fallen tower so he can search for his books/texts etc. He is AT Caer Lem, the quest shows in my Journal, I can click on him but he is not "interactable".
I'm parking the game for a month, maybe 2. See what happens after TA has time to sort this thing out; cause right now, it's a monumental clusterfck.
