As i said it IS a good game, so yes people will support it because they don t watch out
for things like this. Nor do they keep track to make sure no one can take away the
control over what they should own. (regarding mandatory launchers)

I say again, sure putting in the additional nonsense pronouns in the CC isn t a big thing,
easy overlookable. But buying it at full price means supporting and pushing this.

Which i wont, if there are rly people out there who want this in at all costs, devs should
go the free mini DLC way with such things, but don t patch it in at day 0.

With said DLC everybody would be happy (not rly since as i said it is never enough)
But nope, it needs to be pushed in the main game by default, so everybody is remembered

Video games are my hobby i use them to escapre this RL, so yeah sorry that i refuse to
support things that would me remind of such things. They aren t even real "real" outside

I bought it and it didn't have the Pathfinder alphabet characters where only 2 of the total recruitable characters were straight and the rest were not. I asked for a refund from Pathfinder but they refused. And yes, the pronoun thing was bad in character creation. If it isn't addressed, then yes they will go straight down the path Pathfinder incorperates.

It's a sickness and those quiet and just accept it being there and all they hear about are posts asking "Are there any Alphabet characters in there?) then it will just get worse. So those 'bigots' you say that are raising concerns are somehow different than those with social agendas in an RPG?

Representation is very important for LGBT+ and POC.
I am very happy to see them represented in media.
I don't understand why conservatives are so fragile, and feel so threatened.

See that is the difference between a common standpoint from the real world
and a twitter standpoint, making said representation IMPORTANT isn t the way
to do it. Because franchises where actors, characters are already etablished
get destroyed by switching them into somehting they are not.

A better way to bring such stuff into franchises, is making NEW characters
and bring in NEW Actors. But just look what happend the last few years.

Specially with western comics, movies and now they try it with games.
If you bring in LBTQ and Black people, fine, don t make a fuss about it.
Just create them and bind them in naturally in your story / world.
Like Cyberpunk 2077 did. (still was unnecessary to avoid Male / Female in the CC)

However where i personally draw the line for my support aka paying full
price, is when (like Solasta) the demo was without the fantasy gender pronouns
and suddenly it got silently patched in. Nope, not gonna support this with my money.

Neither i would support a game that suddenly switches an already etablished
character into something else. But everything for the ticking boxes aye?

There are He's and She's and those who switch from one to another (completely).
The rest is twitter and facebook nonsense pushed and dragged into things we like.

Pathfinder is fine... HE / SHE the metamorphing during some dialogs and in the
bards book seems to be a bug that was patched and came back with the introduction
of turn based combat. Solasta has the fantasy pronous in the CC, that is where the nope
lies.

If it's fine for you then we are in seperate arenas. WotR had what? 8 recruitable characters? 2 of which were what you could even consider straight (1 really, but 2). The rest were married to same sex, bi, etc al. Games that make this social agenda pushed down your throat should have warning labels. That would benefit both sides. Alaphabet people and crying hearts could rush to buy and support such "games" and neutrals could ignore it and those that don't want to be associated with it could avoid it.

Ok... this is now really the last post, before i bail, Sarah with her last post has proven that it is just trolling.
As for you. I don t draw the line on Gay Characters or BI ones, i draw the line when devs push the
pronoun cirucus in CCs or NPCs. Even more so when it is smeared all over the place with no choice to
avoid it all together. Which my suggestion of a seperate mini DLC for the player who want it, would have
provided. Solasta hadn t the pronoun circus in the early access and i was genuindly interested, then
i saw that the devs put the twitter bullshit in (with the final release) and i simply decided NOT to
support it with my money, because this twitter bullshit needs to stop.

Hope that clears up the lines. As for the reason why i discussed this in such a lenght, i know that
ppl who live on twitter and facebook are out to ruin good things we have. Comics, Movies and now
Video games. Since publishers and developers only understand one language (which is money)
there is only one thing left to do, if you don t want this twitter bullshit in your game. Do not throw
money at them.

I haven't played it yet, but from what I've seen you can select your pronouns. This LGBT site talks highly of the game (https://gaymingmag.com/2020/10/tabletop-rpg-solasta-crown-of-the-magister-is-available-now/). I'll be grabbing it this Friday. I'll try to keep an eye out for inclusive language and themes when I get around to playing it. My memory is atrocious, but I'll do my best to remember to let you know what I find.

If you're the type of person to get upset because of how another person, plays THEIR COPY of a single player game, with you having no knowledge of when//how they play but the mere capacity to o something different bothers you...*********

Weird. You can make your whole party the same skin color with pronouns matching their sex. What's wrong with adding some options for someone who'd want to use them? Are the games you like tailor-made just for you?
