I launched Solasta and alt+tab'd while it was loading as I was doing 9 things. Now when I launch the game it runs, and only plays music and has the small top windowed bar with the minus, maximize, and close X button visible. Of course the maximize button is grayed out. I.E. I cannot get the game to actually play as the full window of the game will not display.

I uninstalled the game complete with removing saves and user data...installed fresh....same problem game launches minimized with the small portion of top of "windowed" bar visible with -,maximize,X - and music playing...ctrl+alt+delete Task manager saying the program is running no problem.

Not really sure where to go from here. I installed the game on a new drive on the computer...same problem.

Any suggestions?

I figured it out an will leave this up for anyone else who has an issue.

I had to go to regedit

Computer\HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1471856267-1260702851-1063128706-1001\SOFTWARE\Tactical Adventures\Solasta

The specific entry was...

Screenmanager Fullscreen mode_h3630240806

Double click that and change the value to zero 0

This allowed the game to launch like normal....in my case the graphic display was super dooer crappy, and from memory I navigated to setting graphic display and upgraded the settings to ultra and 1920 1080p etc.

So if this happens to you do the same.

I'm sure this is a really rare situation and I am not sure how it happened precisely however I had been messing with display settings a lot before this happened.
