According to a review from early 2022 kof98um doesn't have rollback in the gog version though it states code mystics gave gog to implement if they wanted to.

Is this still the case? Rollback is kind of important.

Also, would like to know if KOF98 and KOF2002 from GOG have local multiplayer in the game. It probably does but I just don't see it listed anywhere and having rollback for online and local multiplayer are the big deal makers/breakers for me.
