The only reason I brought this game was to get the rom legally. With the other games you could get the froms from the OSX offline installer and throw them in MAME but there's no OSX installer for MS4. Is there no way to get the rom? It kind of defeats the purpose of buying this from GOG

Old post, but in case it's useful, it seems to have the same folder structure as The Last Blade 2. And in such case, maybe you can ask the guy from the comment below if he's the creator of the scripts, and if so, to make a script for Metal Slug 4 too:
