So I heard I need to turn off AA.
Problem is, Adrenaline is set on 'use application settings', I cannot force it OFF ( AFAIK )
Nor can I find a config file in the game map to edit to force AA off.

FYI: I already run the game in Vista SP2 compatibility mode and in admin mode.

I know this is a 20 year old game, but is this playable somehow on a 5800x3D, Rx7800xt with Win11 in 2025?

I had the same problem, turns out that it's just a widescreen problem. This thing fixes it: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/sniperelite
Extract it in your Sniper Elite folder and you should be able to play now.

Funcionou pra mim porém o texto do jogo fica bugado e HUD fica centralizada deixando de ser fiel ao jogo,
Fiz uma correção no meu mudando os número de dentro do arquivo que baixei "https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/sniperelite".
arquivo a ser modificado "SniperElite.WidescreenFix" mudando 1 para 0 deixando original e não crashando mais o jogo.
