Yes, Viktor's Experimental Update is part of main game. And GOG-version was updated on time.

cool, i have the steam version but was thinking of getting the gog version as well, since i prefer drm free games. i am weird like that.

Nothing wrong with that!

Do be warned though, GOG will continue to miss all DLC that is on Steam (including any free ones) because the dev has not shown interest in bringing it over. In case you were hoping they'd "eventually" bring it over, I personally would not get my hopes up :/

that's fine, it seems most the dlc is cosmetic stuff anyways from what I saw.
