Clicking on the game from my wishlist brings me to the sales page. If I look for the game it doesn't find it. Was the game removed from GOG??

Ist bei vielen (nicht allen, komischerweise) Spielen so, die in Deutschland indiziert sind.

Kannst sie aber all kaufen, wenn du nicht in Deutschland bist - also im Urlaub einfach mal auf gog gehen und schauen, was jetzt plötzlich alles geht. Kannst du dann kaufen und bleibt im Account, auch in Deutschland runterlad- undspielbar.
