I just got the game on sale and it crashes after the THQ logo when played via GoG Galaxy, and when launched via desktop shortcut half the logo and the menu text is missing?

This is weird as the Steam demo works just fine, so I want to know if I'm doing anything wrong or if I can get my money back.

Could you please verify your installation? It's in "MORE", "MANAGE INSTALLATION", "VERIFY/REPAIR". The game should be 768MB on disk.

Can you update your game to version 1.0.1, please, and see if you still experience this issue?

When I play it gets to a certain point and goes back to repeating previous missions, quite frustrating, steam does the same
