Just installed SiN Gold and tried running it but the game always opens in a tiny window in the corner of the screen. Already tried removing and reinstalling the game, checking for updates and the Verify/ Repair option. Running it on Windows 10. I read that Quake 2 runs on the same/ similar engine so I tried installing and running that and got a similar problem with it. When closing SiN I get the error message "GLimp_EndFrame() - SwapBuffers() failed!" Any general idea what would cause this?

I assume you're using the fully updated game (version 1.13b) that includes the update Nightdive added to it right? If so go to

"...\Sin Gold\base\players\YOURPLAYERNAME"

and then open "config.cfg". Inside find and change this:

set vid_fullscreen "1" (0 for windowed, 1 for full screen)

Make the file "read only" after you saved your changes. Then try running the game again. Of course make sure you're also on the resolution you want before making the config file "read only".
EDIT: Never mind.
