For some reason, I can't cycle through my inventory or use any of the items. Next and previous item keys are bounded to their default settings, as well as use inventory item. Changing the binds didn't work. Every other keybind works just fine.

Using all the fixes listed in the "If you get a grey/ gray screen, try this" topic. However, the issue was also present in a fresh install without any of the aforementioned fixes.

Any ideas of what could be causing this issue?

Thanks in advance.

You need to bring up the inventory screen (F11) for cycle to work. It doesn't work on the main screen for me either.

I just realized there are more functions you can use outside of the controls, and they are displayed by pressing F1 (Help). Using F11 as stated there and here in your post made it possible for me to cycle through and use items. Thanks!
