I understand that Windows users can choose to install either the talkie or the subtitled version in the installation options. Is there a way to install the subtitled version on OS X? I'm only finding the talkie version.

Just press "T". There won't be any special message, but you'll enter the subtitled mode. Try to talk to someone now.

No, just tried it and it doesn't work. My understanding is that you need to actually install the text version to get subtitles separately from the talkie version. The GOG installer for Windows lets you pick which version you want, but the Mac installer doesn't.
