I was wondering if I could play this game with the mouse only? Because of a disability I cannot play games that require using the keyboard. I would appreciate it if someone can help me out.

SimCity games in general (at least up to and including SimCity 4) are very graphical and button-ridden, and I don't think they even have keyboard-only functions.

Great, so I can play the game with my mouse and have no problems?

None at all, from my experience.

Hey, sorry to interrupt, but I've seen a couple of your threads, and I'm wondering if you have looked at other mice. I've seen some pretty decked out ones that can be used to play games with one hand that normally require two. Now of course you don't need a mouse with actual keyboards on them, which the DO make :P, but I think any one of the many others that have a few more than normal buttons would be great. It would let you deal with the games which are 99% mouse, but do require the occasional "SHIFT" or "CONTROL" command thrown in.

Yeah, but I control my mouse, which is a Jouse 3, with my mouth because I am paralyzed from my neck down. Thanks for the insight tho.
