Since I had some problem launching the Simcity 3000 unlimited GOG version on win10, and finally solved it, I would like to share it with all.
[1] Open your Simcity 3000 folder.
[2] Find its shortcut ion.
[3] Click with your right button.
[4] Change its target like -
"C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\SimCity 3000 Unlimited\Apps\SC3U.exe" -w -r:800x600
"the directory's address" -w -r:800x600
You can add -w -r:800x600, after the short cut address.
[5] Do not start it with GOG, but with the short cut icon.
You may find it work.
Every time you launch, you need to use the short cut icon.
