Howdy folks,

I recently downloaded a patch for GOG version of Sim City 2000 Special Edition. And it was Sim City 2000 Dos2Win. I installed it, and all went well.

But... once I got in the game, things got bit awkward. The animations are terrible. Basically, cars and smoke take like 1 month to move. This never was like in DOS version where animations were fluid.

Was it like this on Win 95 version, or did I do something wrong?

Quick reply and answer is appriciated. Cheers

PS: It also failed to launch the "Help" when clicking on the question mark button in-game menu.
Also, when clicking ALT+TAB, the in-game menu DISAPPEARS!! It reappears after a while or when I click ALT+TAB again?? WTF!

If you're using the Dos2Win patch you need to run the game in 256bit colors and use SC2KRepainter to fix the animations
