If I start this game up, about half of it will be offscreen, so I went to the "Graphic mode setup" thingy and adjusted the settings, but when I tried to save the settings, it said "Error: Game not installed". I tried contacting support, but I haven't gotten a response from them. I've also tried reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. Any ideas?

Well, thanks for pointing out that there is a Gog Dosbox Configurator, I didn't notice.

You don't have to use it if it doesn't work. Edit directly the file called dosboxSC2000.conf in the game folder. All the parameters are there, with some explanations on the different values you can set to them.
Hi,

I have same problem as Superbman. What parameters did you change and to what value?

kind regs,
hohum
Ok, I tried setting the game to my Monitors Native 1080p.. it's still 4:3... and hasn't changed at all.. Please list which specs to change in the dosboxSC2000.cfg file!!
same issue the dosbox config does not work; says game not installed even after i reninstall as admin.

also i am unable to edit the dosboxsc2000.conf file with notepad it refuses to save any changes i have made.

k. had to edit permissions of the dosboxcs200.conf file to allow all

I have the same problem, but I did not understand how you solved it.
My game screen is too small, I would like to change resolution but I don't know how.
I'm not into dosbox stuff so please can somebody explain me in a simple and clear way?
Thank you so much
what's there not to understand? change the values in the dosboxSC2000.cfg file.

fullscreen=false
windowresolution=1920x1080

i use this to play in big window :)
