OK guys 'n' Gals, if there's anyone still reading this forum, I have a little problem. I've decided I can afford a Highway - so I build it, but how do my Sims get on it and leave at the the other end ? (or places in between ?). It is at different level (higher than) a road that I might want to join onto it, or a bus station, etc.

Also, how do you take out out a loan (bond) ? Can you only do this when you go into debt or your income is negative or something ?

I am playing Simcity 2000 (without I think, SCURK add on) downloaded from Abandonia

Sorry, SimCity 2000 is not abandonware as it is for sale here on GOG.com. Abandonia have also removed it from their site, instead providing a link to the GOG page. Buy it from GOG and you'll get the manual with the game and that should answer your questions.
