I don't even remember how I stumbled onto these sites - there's plenty of cities and random files to explore. I highly recommend the sc2kthm.zip file, as it's a Windows 95-era theme for your computer. The exe for it extracts to the correct places in Windows 7 (32-bit), though you'll have to do a little work to assemble the theme yourself. The screen saver is fantastic - a city that builds and destroys itself repeatedly.

Major kudos to whoever at EA is keeping this FTP up, all these long years later.

This really ain't bad. I wonder if we should attempt a quick site backup just in case EA gets wise and cuts it short...
