Sfon: Start a game on easy or medium. Hard will not work for this. You can either choose to start a new city or edit a new map. You can edit the map in the latter, but once city mode has started don't do anything or this trick might not work.

1. Type "fund" and accept the bond. Do it again, for a total of twice.

That should have added $20,000. If you are playing on easy you should now have a total of $40,000, or $30,000 if playing on medium.

2. Open the "Budget" screen and click on the open book across from where it says *Bond Payments". That will open up the bonds window.

3. Click the "Issue Bond" button. If the box says the current rates are ".%" with no number shown, you've done things correctly so far. If it shows a number, like "8%", then you messed up somehow. If things are as they should be, accept the bond.

4. Click "Repay Bond" and confirm repayment. Do this a total of two times, so the first two bonds at "25%" are repaid but the third you took out at ".%" is not.

If all has gone well, you've now glitched the game so you will receive a million dollars per year from the bond. If you want the stop the money rolling in, simply repay the bond.
