When I click on the icon it either does nothing, or it opens the program but the entire thing is black and after I minimize it the game refuses to open up again - it just does that freeze thing where you open something and you can tell it is open because the mouse refuses to move over the program, but you can still see the thing you had open when you clicked.

On a Windows 7 64-bit.

Please help?

I haven't experienced your issue, so this is just a shot in the dark. Try lowering your desktop experience to the "basic" mode. Also worth trying dropping the resolution, and the color depth. Usually when this kind of issue occurs it's because the application is trying to change your display settings and failing.

Also, if that doesn't work then log an issue with support. Straight away, they are much better at getting useful diagnostics from your PC and interpretting them.

Hello! Yesterday I downloaded the game without any error during the download. Once the installation is finished, I installed the patch to get it going and my computer but not right. I installed the update and the Nvidia DirectX but the same is not working for me. When I go to click on the icon (the running. 'Exe as administrator) the screen goes black and then after 5 seconds, return to the desktop.

Can you help?
