How are these stored in the game folder? If the videos are in a media format like avi/mkv/mp4 someone could possibly upscale them to 1440p if they don't mind a very large sized fmv folder.

They were originally MPEG files compressed by TMPGEnc (ver. 2.510.49.157) and got their file format renamed as "*.pac"

And I have to notice u that the fmvs are intentionally made with ghosting and blurry effects so it's gonna be hard to upscaling them.
