Hi, I re-downloaded Silent Hill 4: The Room as a fresh install. I would like to know if the newest update for the game is already applied to the game when downloaded or if I have to manually update it?
I do see a file that contains both v5 and a patch, do I need to do anything with those or is my download already up to date with the latest update?

It should auto download the latest version through the GOG client if you are using that, if you are doing a offline installer thats patched to the 1.0 latest version, the optional seperate update was for some AMD graphics card reason.

I really can't tell if it's the v5 update that I am playing.
In the properties of the game it says file version: 1,0,0.1.

Also am I meant to do anything with these?

the middle one is the one to install the one named patch is something to do with AMD cards so if you don't have one probably don't need to install it.

the offline installer should be the latest version of the game available on GOG AKA yes the latest patched version.
