I just started up the game and I have a weird problem with the image where it`s getting cut off. I have tried changing scaling method but that cuts if off even more I think. Also, changing between full screen and windowed doesn't do anything. My resolution is 2560x1080, and changing it to 1920x1080 didn't fix it.

OK I found the answer! go to the SIlent Hill 4 game folder and find a exe titled: dxcfg.exe, put resolution to 1024x768. It should now be full screen.
