Anyone else experiencing these annoying issues? I even have a G-Sync monitor but screen tearing still appears. I do not know how to fix the cursors flickering...

update: locking the framerate under 60 removed the issue with screen tearing

Yeah seems to stutter a fair bit instead of smooth scrolling and the cursor is flickering and feels a bit unresponsive. I am using a Radeon with Freesync disabled and a recent driver

Yeah sorted the cursor and the stuttery scrolling and it is now running great.

I went into the game in the AMD control panel and set specific options which sorted it out for me. These are my settings after going into the game profile. If you have NVidia adjust the stuff that is the same but probably named different.

Graphics Profile : Custom
Radeon Anti Lag : Disabled
Radeon Chill : Disabled
Radeon Image Sharpening : Enabled
Sharpness : 80%
Radeon Enhanced Sync : Disabled
Wait For Vertical Refresh : Always on
AMD Freesync : On (only applies to AMD but NVidia has GSync)
Scaling Mode : Global setting default (Preserve Aspect Ratio)
Integer Scaling : Diisabled
Custom Color : Disabled

AA Method : Adaptive Multisampling
Morphological AA : Enabled
Anisotropic Filtering : Enabled

I managed to solve screent earing on a 2080ti, just setting fixed refrresh in NVIDIA control panel.
