Hi,

Civilization IV
Windows 10 x64
RADEON HD 7970
latest drivers
directx12

When launching the game I get the error (attachment).
-reinstalled the game
-reinstalled graphic drivers
-reinstalled directx

My dxdiag is in the attachment but I had to change extension to .jpg so I could put it here.

Is anyone able to identify the issue?

Issue was caused by Radeon driver not installing properly on Windows 10 Creators Update. I had to install video driver for my card manually through device manager, by pointing it to .inf file. Drivers were installed properly and game runs fine.
