Gog say anything about adding this in? I tried using the one from my original cd's but it requires me to keep CD's in, would prefer to use them both off gog version. That's the whole reason I bought this game again on gog (that nad low cost). Kinda sad they can't include both exe's. I can provide gog the original exe if they need it to modify to make play the world an option for civilization 3 on here.

The Steam version is no different in that regard. To quote myself from your thread from last month:

As for Civ3, the best you can do is get a no-CD EXE for vanilla (the latest version is 1.29) and Play The World (the latest version is 1.27).

You'd have to do that with the retail version anyway since the game used SafeDisc DRM, which doesn't work on Windows 10.
