I have been playing Civ3 for years on my Win10 x64 PC. Suddenly stopped loading. The Civ3Launcher will not start Civ3Conquests. Does not seem to be related to the latest Windows update - still worked for many days after.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to debug or recover from this.

Run Civ3Conquests directly.
