I bought the german planetary pack box for a hefty amount to get the german translation.
Since I'm also proficient in hosting things, I've set up a website for sharing the german translation.
You can get the complete translation here:

I removed the launch files and suggested getting the game on gog as I'm not interested in pirating the game, *just* handing out the translation. I think having the translation easily available will benefit gog sales.
