And then the game disconnects. Same result directly connecting or using hamachi.

Haven't seemed to find a fix yet :/

Gameranger doesn't work for me, I've been trying all afternoon. Launching through Gameranger forces IPX instead of TCP/IP and trying that results in a DirectX error. There's a 17 month old thread on the Gameranger forums with about 10 people asking for a fix an no replies.

GR does not work on windows 7... after trying for quite some time.. one person in one forum alluded to the fact it is XP only
