I have the Deluxe Edition, A new DLC was released today but its not available for me, the dlc page says I dont own it, It also says I dont own the season pass.

It appeared on the gog library, but i cant download it it gives a 404 error

I have the same issue, I have the deluxe edition and it is not in my gog library.
On the DLC page it gives me the option to buy it still rather than it being in my library.
Guess will have to wait for gog to sort it

It just became available for me in the gog library (browser) I downloaded the 6mb exe from there and installed it, havent had time to play it yet but it should work like that.

I also don't have it listed in my library or marked as owned on the store page. I sent a request to support (when did they change to that annoying chatbot?), so hopefully it gets sorted out.

Some say an account refresh helps, I did so and the dlc appeared on the library, still missing in galaxy though.

You star I refreshed and it appeared in my account through the browser. The DLC download was there and it has installed. The store page now says I own it but like you it is still missing through Galaxy.

Happy to hear! I did the same, installed it manually, I went in-game I got the 2 new outfits and started the mission by going to Grand Sarrey and doing an eavesdropping minigame (its right in the middle of the map next to a fast travel point) I just finished the mission (nice but short)

My game updated but when I try to launch it gave a "Fatal error!" and crashed... the DLC completely broke my game. Verifying files didn't help.. tried to put in a support request but the automated chat bot pissed me off and I closed it... I regret now getting this on GOG and not Steam if it's so hard to get help. It took forever for me to even find this discussion page, which explains why there are so few posts here.

After failing to launch properly several times, I "verified files" for a second time, and now it's working... At least it loads. I'll see if the DLC works.

EDIT: Nope, I don't have the DLC. I verified I purchased the deluxe edition and it comes with the season pass, and it just isn't there. Really re-thinking supporting GOG over Steam right now.

Refreshing the GOG page as suggested above does make it appear in the DLC installers on the website, but when I click on it to download the DLC installer, it gives an error message of "oops, nothing is here". It is still not appearing in my Galaxy launcher. I guess I don't get to play this afterall.

Edit again: Eventually the GOG website graciously allowed me to download the DLC installer without an error message, but my ownership of the DLC is still now showing up in the Galaxy launcher (it will run, though, after forcing an install manually). It's ridiculous that hoops must be jumped through to get content that should happen automatically.

I am also unable to access the new DLC. It oesn't appear in the list of extras in GOG Galaxy, after doing the account refresh it is listed on the webpage for the offline backup installer but clicking that link I too just get a 404 error.

I have the same problem, the DLC isnt listed and i cannot download it....... i thought thats what the deuxe edition was for......
