Love the game!

One improvement, I think, is that there should be the ability to move the character with the d-pad -- for a grid-based game, it feels better, but I don't see an option to change from analog stick movement.

You can fully re-bind the game's button controls from the settings menu, including re-mapping the d-pad. Note though that d-pad buttons are already mapped to game functions other than movement.
