Anything above 640x480 would be great :-D I'd even take windowed mode!

Update: Hey! Check out winsetup.exe in the game's installation folder. There are some options you may be interested in.

It's pixel art, it's not meant to be hi res.
I'm playing at 1024x768 and it's already grainy.
