What O.S. do you use ?
What type of controller ?

1-Forum Shantae game

2- Windows 10

3- Xinput controller

- Yes, obviously it's a "Shantae" game that you have a problem with, ^^
but there are several in this license. ;) So which one exactly ?

- I can confirm that, at home, the games "Shantae: Risky's Revenge - Director's Cut" and "Shantae - Shantae and the Pirate's Curse" work with a D-input controller only.

- Are your controller and its pilot up to date ?

- Have you tried playing with your controller connected in wired mode ?
