Are there any DLC´s included?
Also, what about save system, any news on this front - is it possible and will they implement it?
This question / problem has been solved by Ferowimage
From the dev's website:

"Shadowrun: Dragonfall will arrive in January 2014 for Windows, OSX, and Linux and will sell for $14.99. The title will be available for purchase on Steam and a DRM-free version will be available on GOG.com"

Here you'll find weverything about the updates.

It seems that the saves are allways checkpoint (for now)

There are no dlc's yet for this game but they announced that in the new year there will be some dlc called berlin. save system sucks as it autosaves for you between long periods of play.... this is the only downfall but they will fix this within the new year as well with updates. I picked this game up off of steam a while ago and on steam there is a lot of user made content to try out and some of it is pretty good.
That URL is very much outdated

EDIT: Found a way simpler way to tell what version you have.
1. Run the game
2. Start a new campaign, choose one at random, create a character real quick (4 clicks if you use a preset).
3. Press C to bring up the character sheet.

The version number is listed at the top of the character sheet and is 1.1.0

You can also tell because chi casting has passives now which were added in 1.1.0

PS. Can we have (voluntary) access to the beta 1.1.1 here at gog?

1. Currently there are no DLCs.
2. The save anywhere system has been stated to be in development and also the developer stated he will add it to the original campaign once it is finished

I can´t wait for Dragonfall (re-vamped save system will be included there)!

Well, besides more stuff(TM), they will also add ability to save anywhere that will be added to original campaign as well.
SHADOWRUN: DRAGONFALL FEATURES

Experience a New Full-Length Campaign: Return to the “Tech meets Magic” future of Shadowrun as you and your team of runners get drawn into a treacherous conspiracy. Operating out of an offbeat central hub neighborhood, you’ll choose which missions to accept and how you’ll approach them while navigating the dark underbelly of “the Flux”.

An Exciting New Locale: Shadowrun: Dragonfall transports runners to the Free City of Berlin, a thrilling Shadowrun setting full of gorgeous new hi-res environments, a diverse new cast of characters, and a new soundtrack by the composer of the original Sega Genesis Shadowrun game, Sam Powell.

Command Your Team: Lead a small team of shadowrunners, each with their own outlook and backstory. Each member of your team is designed to play an interesting role during missions and has a unique set of skills, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.

New Weapons, Cyberware, Enemies & More: Try your hand at the long-range sniper rifle, devastating grenade launcher, or stun-inducing taser. Chrome yourself out in the latest cyberware and take on deadly new enemies - including new magical creatures like gargoyles and fire drakes. Dragonfall brings a host of new items, characters, portraits, and improvements to the Shadowrun Returns experience.

Save Anywhere: You can save your progress at any time during the game. This functionality will also be added to the original Shadowrun Returns “Dead Man’s Switch” campaign.

New Game Editor Features: A wide range of enhancements to the game editor for community content creators - including a scripting system to better control lighting, tracking mission objectives in the main game UI, placing exploding barrels, and allowing players to input keypad passwords and custom text strings in conversations. In addition, content creators will be able to use all of the new Berlin environment art, items and characters in their own stories along with assets from the original Shadowrun Returns campaign.
taking 15$ for that is kind of ridiculous imo, i hope they at least make the editor much much better so we can enjoy more and better UCC.
This all just sounds like stuff anybody expected from a patch though.
HOWEVER if the game ends up being what we all really expected and wanted I could probably accept the editional 15$ ;)

Yeah. If the original had been $40, then an additional $15 for a new adventure would be a bargain.
But with the original so cheap, the DLC should be much cheaper yet.

(might be there was a bit of sarcasm there, dunno)
