... to 3.0.4 for Shadowrun Hong Kong?
Seriously, what's happening with the support for Mac?

Besides games that come without mac support in contrast to Steam (SW KOTOR, Game of Thrones, etc.), now we have to wait for more days in order to get patches? I like the idea of non-DRM distribution, but as someone who primarily uses a Mac, I probably will never buy new releases on GOG again..
Same problem here for both Mac and Linux. I opened a ticket. Recommend you do the same since there has been no response on the Forums from the GOG team.
well 3.05 is now out and mac/linux still doesn't have 3.04. How about we combine the two patches and put them out tomorrow? Does that sound doable GOG?
Interesting. Maybe there were problems with the 3.04 Mac/Linux patches? Just speculating because . . . no response on the forums or the open tickets so far?

3.05 does not exist at GOG at this time, for anybody.
To be fair, it seems 3.0.4 for mac is out on Galaxy, but not on the website portal, unless they messed up the version number since on the website it says 3.0.3 but gog-2, and if you look at windows version gog-2 corresponds to 3.0.4

well let's just say things got complicated...

It's out on GOG's competitor.

Well if that's the case then i feel better about it. I thought that was still the original version.
edit: don't they usually keep patches as separate downloads rather than bundle them in with the original game?

Sorry I guess I misread what you said. In any case, there will always be a delay between Steam posting an update and GOG posting it. If a day or two delay bothers you then don't buy here.

No worries man I didn't specify. I am aware of the delay and support GOG despite of it. I was complaining about not even having 3.04 out when it had been out for almost a week and the other guys had 3.05 already. I was not aware that GOG mislabeled the 3.04 patch for Mac 3.03 and happily shut up as soon as bericsson helpfully pointed that out to me.
Lucky Mac users…
Still nothing to see on the Linux side, even mislabelled.

well, I can download the 3.0.5 installer now, but I can't get any patch for .3 still... and since I'm busting my data limit this month I have to wait for tomorrow. Not so lucky. I can complete the game just fine anyway it's just...

So yeah, why no mac patch?

3.0.5 is online for all three platforms.
With a new installer and a patch for Windows and Linux, but only a new installer for Mac OS.
Awesome. When they didn't offer a patch to 3.0.4 I went ahead and downloaded the full 3.0.4 installer. Now there's another patch, which means another full installer download. This isn't the only game this has been happening with at GOG.

What I'm curious about is if this is official GOG policy now - no patches for Mac users, only full installs. If so, has an announcement been made in this regard? If not, where are the patches?

Leaving aside for the moment any criticism of the policy itself (I realize making such decisions must involve a lot of factors I'm not familiar with), I would appreciate some clarity as to whether or not I can expect not to be offered separate patches in the future.
