Jarmo: ... oh yea. Forgot that one. :)
Thought it coulda been that one street samurai chick in that one bar.
Might have been she was rentable recruit, dunno, never hired anyone but the companions.
I never could get the big deal (or as I like to call it, a hissy Fett) that the devs made over that character. "Hey, look, we gave one of the anonymous hireables a couple of lines of dialogue! Isn't that the coolest?". No, not really; she didn't do dick in the first place, and she does about as much now.
I think she was given a little bit of dialogue there mainly so there'd be someone in the bar you could talk to. Other than her, the only time there's anyone around to interact with is at the beginning of Eiger's personal mission.

Mind you, she does make a valid point about Monika and the kiez.

Since it's no longer a spoiler, yes, Dante is the second long-term recruitable. He doesn't have anything to say, but he's quite literally a beast in combat, and you can make him even better at it by filling in his remaining spellbook slots at the start of the mission.

If you decide to go for the "join with Dr. Vauclair" ending, you'll also want to bring him along for that because he's the only party member who won't take exception to it.
