I bought this game's special edition version today (with the DLC - the "special edition upgrade") because it seemed like a steal, the price was dropped significantly. I had no issues downloading the main game but trying to download the DLC installer afterwards leads me directly to a white and blank "404 - Not Found" page almost instantly, no matter how many times I try to download the DLC. I've downloaded GOG Installers since then and I'm not having issues with them, so I was wondering, what is actually going on? Is anyone else struggling to access the DLC? Why do I keep getting the 404 page?

I've attached an image, as proof/reference for the page that I keep receiving whenever trying to download the DLC.

I have the same thing on my page, but I don't think there is any DLC. The file sizes are the same, there is no DLC link for the Mac or Linux versions, and the store pages list only extra items, which are included under the bonus content (and even the non-bonus stuff is repeated at the bottom). I think the game is exactly the same regardless of version.

For a time you could get free copies of the original Shadowgate and Deja Vu on Steam with the purchase, but I don't think these were ever available on GOG.

It just seems like they had to shoehorn something in there as DLC to avoid having two separate entries to update.
Hmm...I just did a test and my bonus content downloads just fine. Are you referring to something else?

Whether it's the PC, Mac or Linux version, the newest game installer doesn't require any additional files to get the latest version of the game. There isn't actually any DLC in the game itself either. All "extra content" that has been added was done for free via patches. Currently, the patches have been integrated into the main installer, thus meaning you don't need any extra files to get everything the game currently has to offer. I hope this helps.

Also, the original MACventures games are (sadly) not available on GOG, so they were never something that was offered through purchasing this game here.
Ah fair enough, my misunderstanding really. Thanks, fellas.
