just got one where i couldn't open any menus (upgrade menus or main pause menu) not even alt-f4 prompt to quit the game worked and had to kill the process, didn't affect anything ingame though

mousewheel binds always reset to default starting a new session too.

Is your game at version 1.1.1.0?

yeah happened on 1.1.1.0, galaxy has auto updated and I haven't encountered it again
If i had to guess it could have been caused by alt-tabbing during load screens maybe? another thing I left out is that the menu bug persisted over multiple maps.
