This has happened to me twice in a row, with two different savegames.

Firstly, I got stuck at some point at about 25% completion, after a couple of main missions and side missions. I could not get the black guru to give me any new missions. If I went to the mission menu, all there was were completed main missions and side missions, all of them "completed" and some of them free for free roaming. As can be seen from other threads, this problem has persisted for about two years so far. There are more than these two, but they seem to sum up the problem better than the other ones.

I tried both tips given there:
1. free roaming in any previous mission + teleporting back to the village - did not work.
2. Loading a previous savegame from the backup list. I did play around 1.5 hours until I got stuck again without any active missions - this time even earlier than with the first savegame.

System specs: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3, MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G, Windows 10 x64, latest GOG Galaxy version (beta) with cloud saving enabled.

Have you completed Seepage Problem? It should be accessible after Industrial Espionage.

I wonder, is there a time in the game when you cannot talk to the black guru, but have to talk to some other NPC in dragon mountain, either Mamushi or that Ninja guy? I think the fact that I could not get the black guru to give me any other missions, was without open missions in the missions menu, possibly prompted me to think I was stuck when all I had to do was talk to NPCs in Dragon Mountain. I just don't know what the game wants me to do sometime. The interface lacks clarity sometimes - sometimes the pointer is an arrow with a direction, sometimes it might just be an exclamation mark..?
