There is no easy way to remove Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior, at least no straightforward way that with a readily defined uninstall.exe for the programme.
For Windows
(1) Go to Control Panel and then Programmes and Features.
(2) At this point scroll all the way down to 'My Game Long Name'. If you have more than one game running the Unreal 3 engine (e.g. Tower of Guns) you will find more than one of these generic-looking programmes. One of them will actually be Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior and the easiest way to find the right one is to remember the date the game was installed.
(3) After selecting Uninstall a window will pop up asking if you want to remove 'Viscera Cleanup Detail Alpha' and give you two options, one removes everything (sans desktop icon) and the other leaves some things behind. Of course, not everything is removed if choosing the first option.
(4) Go to your Shadow Warrior directory and delete the Viscera Cleanup Detail folder. Only the Help folder -containing the EULA, which is no help at all if you've attempted this unfortunate bit of bonus content- and the manifest remain. They can be safely deleted. Further, there should be nothing in your [User Name]/AppData/ folders and sub-folders for Viscera Cleanup Detail. At this point the programme and its remnants are removed.
