Hi,

has any one tried these add ons with the gog version?

I guess, running the *.bat files from the shadow warrior folder with the gog version would not work. I can't test it, because I haven't purchased the game from gog yet.

what are your experiences and are those add ons " official"?

Hi,

Yes those addons seem to work with the GOG version, and YANG (Yet Another Netplay Guider) supports them.

There is also a guide @ "http://yang-online.com/settinguptcmods.htm" for setting them up if using YANG.

With Shadow Warrior complete using YANG, you would be able to add profiles for each addon you want to play, including the online addons, or even "Singe Player" addons.

You would be able to add all the files required by the addon in each profile you create, and even have a link to let people know where to download the addon, when advertising on the rooms list.

I can say for sure that two of the addons found on the page you linked to are official (Twin Dragon and Wanton Destruction) but they are included with GOG's release anyway (due to being official). Can't say much about any addon's quality yet, though. I've only played the first level of the official addons and especially Wanton Destruction does make a good impression (and it comes along with new enemies, or at least new enemy graphics), haven't ever tried one of the unofficial ones though.

hello can you tell me step by step how to setup shadow warrior expansions to work on yang aand if you know for duke nukem 3d expansions like duke it out dc, nuclear winter and caribbean thing? thank you very much
