Does anyone know if there is a way to disable the gamepad support in Shadow Man? Just wondering what file I need to get rid of in the Shadow Man folder to accomplish this. I was hoping to use xpadder to map the mouse camera movent controls to the right analog stick on my Xbox 360 controller. The only way I can think of to get the xpadder mapping working would be to delete/disable the gamepad support file. Would appreciate a response.

Thanks!

You probably already figured things out but I'm gonna reply nonetheless.

I don't think there is a way to achieve that but I don't know why you want to disable the game's gamepad support. IIRC any gamepad input that you bind via Xpadder to a keyboard command isn't registered by the game as controller input anyway. Just let the game's gamepad layout be and bind the keyboard commands to your pad.

Also, dual stick controls don't quite work with Shadow Man either way (even the mouse look implementation is really crude). You're better off imitating the control layout of the original console versions. Shadow Man is just from a different generation of games when action adventures like this one still used "tank controls" like the old Tomb Raider games which means one stick for walking/turning + shoulder buttons for strafing.
