This is part of the "Free Will" quest, in the Drowned Past DLC/Enhanced Edition.

And it's driving me absolutely up the wall. Developers have said that it is possible to save Calithea, but I've played through the section three times now, and wandered for hours trying to find a way to do it, but I just can't find a way to get back to her or to otherwise facilitate her rescue.

Has anyone been able to work it out?

Like, anyone at all?

The developers on Steam have confirmed that it is not salvageable. However, if you complete the quest where you must rescue 3 intact souls from the androids. you won't say goodbye to her forever.
