Anyone having issues with the game crashing on the first item pick-up, and the game loading?

My Game crashes when i get out the Elevator in what i believe is the last level , i get out the Elevator and when i shot the "rocket bottles" (sorry dont know theire name) in the first Room to the left my game crashes - i think it only happend to me since the new patch
