Since I have both classic versions from GOG, can I still play in online coop? Or do I need to get the HD remasters or Serious Sam Classics: Revolution from Steam?

Snowstone: can I still play in online coop?
LAN coop is working, tested by myself in the past. So
- if you know who you are going to play with, you can use tools to aggregate players from the net to LAN.
- if you don't, e.g. random players, then initially you can't, since both games were based on GameSpy servers, which I believe now are down for sure. But if I remember correctly, there is a multiplayer patch on community sites, which redirects network stuff to community hosted servers.
