I'm getting this graphics glitch in main menu and cant click anything and have to ALT+F4 too close it.

All the fixes i've seen on the forum doesn't seem to be for this problem.

win 8.1 i7-5820k r9 290x 16g ram

I am experiencing this same problem. I haven't been able to find a solution either. *sadface*. I am using Win 7 64 bit however.

Make sure you have all old DirectX (5, 6) nistalled (DirectX 9 doesn't have all old libraries), and make sure you don't have any application running same time with Septerra Core (including web browser and visual desktop or whatever it is called).

I'm also having an identical problem to this in Windows 10, I've updated drivers, installed DirectX 5 & 6 and tried running the program solo with nothing else going as the previous user suggested.

Still no luck. If there is anyone else with a similar issue or who has found a solution, I am desperate to solve this.

Download dgVoodo and use the ddraw.dll from there and config the File to your Liking.
