So I'm at the part where you're dealing with the Ankara and Jinaam conflict. I have to get dogtags from a soldier walking around the Ankara base...but he's not there. There's literally no one else here besides the girl with the pigtails. I tried moving in and out of the base to see if he spawns but he doesn't. Without him, I can't continue the game.
Is there something I'm doing wrong or is the game borked? I hope its not because (despite the grinding and unbalanced amount of enemies and really poor goalposting), I was really into the story and worldsetting. I'd be sad if I can't continue to play it.
