It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Fought with compatibility/resolution settings for quite a while before breaking down and trying this fix, and it actually worked for me. Try changing your display to "High Color" (16 bit) rather than "True Color" (32 bit) in control panel.

To do this, do the following:
1. Right click on desktop
2. Select "Screen Resolution"
3. Select "Advanced Settings"
4. Click on the Monitor tab.
5. In the Colors drop down, select "High Color (16 Bit)

The display should be fixed now.
