Hi, the cpu bots do not move when I start a circuit race, they just keep the brakes on! what happens? In the other multiplayer modes the bots play normally.

No worries. Just bump them when the race starts and that is it. They will start driving and the race can commence. It sure puts a small handicap on you but nothing too hard. The issue lies in their pathfinding. Keep an eye on their wheels. The bots for some reason can't seem to figure out the direction they need to go until somebody gives them a friendly bump ;). EDIT: I did notice this issue does also sometimes affect the King of the hill game mode and the solution is the same.
