I'm trying to run Screamer 2 on Linux.
When installed using Wine - it works fine, but I don't like the default DosBox configuration (the game works in fullscreen mode, but display area is limited to small square in the middle. There is also no 3dfx effects here.
I wanted, as usual, to just run the game directly on my own DosBox or use different GOG launchers. I know that I should use Setup first (and slightly different dosbox config is required to run Setup.exe), but finally the game itself always crashes just after initialization (DosBox window is closed and I don't even know the error/reason).
Any idea how to make it work?
